LEFTOVER YARN PROJECT (NEW) POMPOMS

Cut strips of yarn and tie them together in the center with a piece of yarn, or a "twist tie."  What will this be??
A POMPOM  to cheer on your favorite team, a pin to wear to your games (glue a pin on back, you can get them @ craft stores),  tie to your shoelaces, a small toy or gift for nursing homes; glue "eyes" on it and make a little critter friend!
SAVE ALL SCRAPS OF YARN because you will need them for projects!
IDEAS:  Fringes on scarves, scrappy scarf (see my blog post), "hair" for a doll.  Some will be long enough to crochet into a bracelet or ring.  You can string yarn through homemade books made from greeting cards.  Make a fringe "banner"  for your next party.  They can be made into "wall art."

MIDDLE: S. Croc. sm. bracelet with pony beads, tie together, put hook through the knot to hang.

RIGHT:  "Candle"  Make a red rectangle.  Twist it to shape a flame.  Wrap "rick rack" around the bottom & tie or sew it on back.  Push a piece of yellow yarn through the top.

SECOND PICTURE
LEFT: Take 4 different colors of yarn and tie a knot in the center.

MIDDLE: "wreath"  Croc. a green circle  Take red yarn and sew a stitch around it and tie a bow on the bottom.
