Necklace-Flower &
           ~TOTEBAGS

Wrap yourself up with this colorful shawl!
16 mm hook, thick, soft yarn
I alternated different colors (4)
Make Foundation row 3 ft., 3 in. long.
Crochet all around the piece (not just back & forth in rows)
Wrap around your shoulders and mark the place for a button.
Sew a button on for a "closure."
You can wear this over a tank top or regular one.
Make one for yourself and one for a gift.

Take a break from crochet and read these verses.  They have to do with reaching out to help others.
Acts 11:27-30, Romans 12:13, Ezra 1:6

Happy Crocheting!

Keychain-FLOWER
Thin yarn and skinny hook.  Croc. 8 and hook onto other side of work.  You will have a "circle."  Then,  Croc 4 and hook onto next stitch in row(left side).  I do 1 half dbl. croc. and croc 4 more stitches, continue all around until you form a flower design.  Tie off.  Slip onto a keychain loop, you buy at craft store.  This makes a nice gift!

Good works~

When we accept Jesus into our hearts, we seek to know Him.  We study His words to learn how He wants us to live.    To learn how much He loves us, and wants us to love others.
When we follow Him, we seek to do good works.  Ask Him to show us what He desires for us to do.  While good works does not get us into heaven, God tells us we should do them.  We are accepted into His kingdom, because we repent of our sins,  accept Him into our hearts,  and desire to follow Him.

This is a faithful saying, and these things I want you to affirm constantly, that those who have believed in God should be careful to maintain good works.

CROWN FOR THE KITTY
This is one of my "bracelets" in the previous post.

BRACELETS(Slim line cord or Hemp,  and yarn)
Croc one strand yarn and slim line or hemp together.
Make your foundation row a bit longer than your wrist.  You will be letting a strand of yarn @ ea. end.  Knot one side until you have a very thick knot.  The other end will be tied together to "slip over" the knot, to secure it.  (Optional:  You can add a "hook" if you wish).

BELTS(SKINNY) see prev. post

BELT (skinny) & Necktie//
Med. hook, thin yarn.  Half DBL. CROC.  Switch color, 3 x.   I measured is around my waist, allowing a lot extra length for fitting around belt loops on pants.  You can also measure it out with an actual pr. of pants.  I used one of the "flowers" on this blog as a belt buckle.  You can also use a "hair tie."  See Below.
