HOLIDAY  INFINITY SCARF~
If you look at my previous post,  this chain is used as "garland."  Wrap the chain around your arm, keeping elbow bent.  When done, tie it together at 3-4 areas to secure.  Very "festive" for Christmas time!  Please see future posts for some seasonal inspiration.

WREATH ORNAMENTS (OR GIFT TAGS)

Croc. a foundation row like above.  Left- 2 rows Croc.  Take red yarn in a yarn needle and sew in and out a few times to make "berries."  Tie on a bow.
2nd on Left- 1 row and take yarn on needle and swirl it around the inside and outside of wreath.  Make "berries."
Middle- 3 rows of different green yarns.  Sew red in and out of stitches on the wreath and tie on a bow.  Far right- 3d look.

LEFTOVER YARN PROJECT (NEW) POMPOMS

Cut strips of yarn and tie them together in the center with a piece of yarn, or a "twist tie."  What will this be??
A POMPOM  to cheer on your favorite team, a pin to wear to your games (glue a pin on back, you can get them @ craft stores),  tie to your shoelaces, a small toy or gift for nursing homes; glue "eyes" on it and make a little critter friend!
SAVE ALL SCRAPS OF YARN because you will need them for projects!
IDEAS:  Fringes on scarves, scrappy scarf (see my blog post), "hair" for a doll.  Some will be long enough to crochet into a bracelet or ring.  You can string yarn through homemade books made from greeting cards.  Make a fringe "banner"  for your next party.  They can be made into "wall art."

THANKS TO ALL WHO VISIT MY BLOG!  I am at 3,005 views.
My hope is that it will be an inspiration to you!

BASKET

Close up of top stitch.

HOW:
11.50 mm hook, 1/2 dbl. croc., 3 yarns tied together.
Crochet until it's 20 in. wide x 10 in. long.  The last 4 rows you do were crocheted by hooking on, crc. 4, skip 4 stitches,  hook onto that stitch and , croc. 4, keep doing  this for last 4 rows to get it like shown above.  When you do "turn" stitch, croc. 4, instead of the usual 2.  Fold in half and connect the 2 sides.  Sew up the back with "yarn needle."  Push the inside center down to stand it up.
You can string yarn around the top, if you want to create a "drawstring" purse.

A Good Read for my fellow crochet/knitters!

My Statement on Crochet~
Crocheting has become my friend, my refuge, my fun, and my ministry!

Crocheting and life. Both about beginnings and endings!
A Few Words about "Crocheting!"

Tennis Elbow from Crocheting?
Don't spend a lot of money on this!  You can get one at a store like, Dollar Tree.
You won't use it all the time.  So, that' s more money for more yarn!
